Important Dates for Ninth Grade Registration (for the 2026–27 School Year)
- November 25: Eighth grade students visit Two Rivers during the school day.
- December 1: Students interested in advanced courses attend a high school student panel during FLEX at Heritage.
- December 2: Students interested in advanced courses attend a high school student panel during FLEX at Friendly Hills.
- Dec. 8 - 12: Students bring registration sheets to science class and enter requests into Campus.
- December 12: Registration is due.
- Before Spring Break: Parents and guardians receive a summary of their student’s course requests in the mail. If parents or guardians have questions or want adjustments, contact their student’s assigned high school counselor. Final schedules will be shared on Start-Up Day in August 2026 (and in Infinite Campus the same day for those who can’t attend in person).
For Current Students and Families
The next step in the registration process for current School District 197 middle school students is to spend the day at Two Rivers High School on Tuesday, November 25.
During their time at the high school, they will:

Learn about the high school registration process

Receive their academic planning guide and worksheets

Tour the high school and learn about elective course opportunities

Eat lunch in the cafeteria

Attend an activity fair where they will learn about all of the clubs, activities and sports offered at Two Rivers.

For Prospective Students and Families
We’d like to welcome you to Two Rivers! As your family begins exploring high school options, we hope you’ll take some time to get to know what makes our school such a supportive, high-achieving, and welcoming place for students. Registration for the 2026–27 school year opens December 8 and it's encouraged to register by early January. We’re here to help you learn more as you plan for this next big step!

Ready to Enroll?
- Complete the Two Rivers enrollment packet and either:
- Email them to our enrollment coordinator at enrollment@isd197.org, or
- Return them to the Enrollment Office: 1897 Delaware Ave., Mendota Heights, MN 55118 (adjacent to Two Rivers High School at Door 20).
- After you have submitted your enrollment paperwork, you can stop by the Two Rivers Guidance Office to pick up the 2026-27 academic planning guide and registration worksheet. You can also set up a time for your enrollment meeting. If you'd prefer, you can use the digital versions of the Planning Guide and registration worksheet and we will call you to set up an enrollment meeting when your enrollment paperwork is processed.
