Class of 2025

The Class of 2025 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Sunday, June 1st at 1:30 p.m. at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium, RiverCentre (part of the Xcel Energy Center) in Saint Paul. Tickets are not required to attend the graduation ceremony.

Students should report to Roy Wilkins at 12:45 p.m. The class will meet behind the stage. 

PARKING: It is likely that you will have to pay for parking. Please be aware of the following:

• The address to the RiverCenter ramp is 150 W Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55102

• Check www.rivercentre.org/exhibit/parking-transportation for additional parking information.

This event is entirely parent planned and is not sponsored or planned by School District 197.

When: June 1:  8:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.

Two Rivers High School senior parents are asking for your help in raising funds for a fun and safe senior class party for the 2025 graduates. This is a great way for the entire class to celebrate their accomplishments together!

The party will be held at The Burrows in Oakdale after the graduation ceremony. Graduates will enjoy bowling, a video arcade, pickleball, karaoke, mini golf, sports simulators, hammerschlagen and poker/Black Jack as well as food and soda throughout the night.

How to get involved:

2. Purchase an item on the Amazon Wish List and the item will be shipped directly to the event coordinator. These items will be used as prizes at the event.

This special event celebrates their accomplishments and the exciting opportunities awaiting them at the collegiate level.Join us as we come together to cheer on our seniors and celebrate their commitment to excellence! 

Whether they are headed to Division I, II, or III schools, or pursuing other pathways, this is a moment to recognize their hard-earned successes.

On Thursday, May 1st during all lunches, the Counselors will have a table set up in the cafeteria for Seniors to sign a Decision Board, take some pictures and have a treat.  This event is for all Seniors, whether you are going on to a 4 year or 2 year college, military services, joining the workforce or taking a gap year.  

Students who are going to attend college, be sure to wear your college gear that day!

Graduation Caps and Gowns Distribution, Friday May 23.

The deadline to order a cap and gown was March 14, 2025. 

Cap and gown distribution takes place in the Two Rivers Library during the school day on Friday, May 23. All obligations, fines, library fees, etc. must be satisfied before a cap and gown will be issued. Students will need to be in good academic standing and complete their Senior Exit Survey prior to receiving their cap and gown. The survey and obligations can be completed prior to May 23, but must be done prior to receiving their cap and gown. Students will also receive their immunization record at this time.

Two Rivers Class of 2025 Senior Yard Signs sales are live! Order your custom double sided weatherproof 18X24 yard sign for only $20. Signs are pre-order and will be picked up at Two Rivers. 

• Deadline to order is Friday March 21st by 8:00pm. 
• Signs will be available for pick up in the Two Rivers Atrium (main entrance of the high school) on Friday, April 4 from 3:00-5:30pm.

The deadline for submitting a senior picture to the yearbook is Friday, November 1, 2024. Portraits should be taken by early October to guarantee time for editing, selecting and sending in photographs.

Please be aware of the following requirements and share them with your photographer:

• Head and shoulders only VERTICAL shot (no full body shots or horizontal shots).
• No props allowed. We want to feature the student only.
• Be sure to leave enough space around your head to allow for the yearbook staff to feature you at your best within the yearbook’s design.
• Only the graduating senior may be in the photograph; no pets or additional people.
• Technical Specifications:
  • Submit ONE digital file (prints will not be accepted).
  • File must be a jpeg. No tiff, png, or heic files will be accepted.
  • High resolution files only: digital file size: 300 dpi or higher, at least 4x5 inches.
  • Do not edit photos with cell phone apps.
  • No watermarked, screenshots or social media files will be accepted.

The student's Lifetouch ID photo may be used if no senior portrait is submitted.

No-cost Senior Portrait Sessions
TRHS Yearbook has partnered with two local photographers, Studio Mendota and C Wenthur Photography, to present our 2nd annual no-cost senior portrait sessions. Students are eligible based on financial need and/or extenuating circumstances. Interested students should complete the application found here. After verification of eligibility, students will receive an email with information on how to sign up for a session. The slots are first come, first serve. 

 The application period for Dollars for Scholars is February 5-23 at midnight. Students can start setting up their profile now!  Go to TwoRivers.DollarsForScholars.org. 

Important Dates:

• Senior Assembly on February 5, 2025 during Warrior Time to provide information on the Dollars for Scholars program. 
• Senior Awards Ceremony on May 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Students will receive their scholarship that night and attendance is mandatory. 

The Schulze Family Foundation provides $20,000 scholarships to 5 Two Rivers graduates every year. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required to apply. Visit www.schulze family foundation.org to apply. Applications close on April 1, 2025.

FASFA Financial Aid Night October 9

Senior parents! FAFSA Night is Wednesday, October 9 from 6-7:00 p.m. A presentation in English will be given in the Auditorium at Two Rivers High School by Mainhia Thao, a representative from St. Catherine’s. A Spanish presentation will be given in the Lecture Hall (A332), by Javier Salinas Vega and Majeur Tucker, representatives of Normandale Community College and Concordia University. The presentation will include FAFSA, which is a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, scholarships, and more.
